Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026

These terms govern your use of StoreBridge (the "app"), a Shopify app for bulk price updates with optional Brightpearl synchronization. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app lets you edit product prices in bulk via the Shopify admin or CSV upload, applies those changes to your Shopify store, and — if you connect a Brightpearl account — pushes the same prices to the Brightpearl price lists you map. Updates run as background jobs with progress reporting, per-item results, retry, and revert.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API on your Shopify invoice. Quotas reset each calendar month. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Billing page; Shopify prorates per its standard rules.

4. Availability and data

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and is deleted after uninstall via Shopify's shop redaction webhook.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from incorrect prices you submitted and confirmed.

6. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate service for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
